The HOW course has provided me with a guideline on simplifying my life. The lessons I take with me give me a solid framework moving forward on how to create balance in many aspects. I have lost weight, and I have also lost the overwhelming desire and craving I had for different foods. Mentally, I feel more clear about my overall view on things as a result of asking myself very simple and practical questions throughout my day. I feel more at peace and comfortable with where I am rather than constantly striving for something different. I appreciated the timeframe set for this course. It will take me some time to fully integrate but I have an understanding of the process and I’m walking away with a pleasant experience.
